Yes. After your consultation, we send a detailed written quote with exact specifications, a reference image of a similar piece, and IGI certification details for the diamond grade — all before you commit.

Every piece is custom, so pricing depends on your specifications — carat weight, diamond quality, metal type, and length. During your consultation, we'll provide a detailed quote based on your exact selections.

We collect a 75% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 25% balance due before shipment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment system.

Yes. Every diamond is independently certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). The certification report and number are provided with each finished piece.

We offer three quality tiers: Brilliant (VS clarity, F-G color), Premium (VVS clarity, D-E color), and Exceptional (IF-VVS1 clarity, D color). All diamonds are Excellent cut grade.

Brilliant offers excellent quality with inclusions invisible to the naked eye. Premium features near-flawless stones with top color grades. Exceptional is the finest available — internally flawless with the highest color grade.

Custom pieces take 3-4 weeks from design approval to delivery. Once your piece is ready, it ships via FedEx overnight with full insurance.

Yes. Every order includes complimentary insured FedEx overnight shipping with adult signature confirmation.

Design changes can be made before production begins (typically within 48 hours of deposit). Once production starts, modifications may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Because every piece is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. We stand behind our craftsmanship — any manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

We inspect every piece before shipping, but if you notice any manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days and we'll repair or replace it at no charge.
