Insured Delivery

All Estella Rose pieces ship via FedEx Priority Overnight with full insurance coverage. Shipping is complimentary on every order. Every shipment is insured for the total value and ships in discreet, unmarked packaging for security.

Production Timeline

Every Estella Rose piece is custom-made to your specifications. From design approval and deposit, expect 3–4 weeks for production. Once your piece is complete and final payment is received, it ships overnight.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please inquire during your consultation.

Delivery

FedEx Priority Overnight delivery arrives the next business day after shipping. Adult signature confirmation is required for all deliveries to ensure the security of your piece.

Packaging

Your piece arrives in our signature Estella Rose jewelry box with protective packaging and a handwritten note. IGI certification documentation is included with every delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available. For international inquiries, please contact us at hello@estellarose.com.

Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured through the complete delivery process. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, we will replace your piece at no additional cost.

For ongoing insurance coverage after delivery, we recommend Jewelers Mutual or adding your piece to your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy.
