Custom Order Policy

Made to Your Specifications

Every Estella Rose piece is custom-designed and crafted to your exact specifications. Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final once production has begun. This is standard practice for custom jewelry and is clearly communicated before any deposit is collected.

Design Approval Process

Before production begins, you will receive a detailed written quote with exact specifications, including diamond quality, metal type, and dimensions. Production only begins after you have reviewed and approved the design and submitted your deposit.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives with a material deviation from the binding specifications on your quote — or with any manufacturing defect in stone setting, clasp function, or metal finishing — we will, at our election, refund or remake the piece. Please contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery to report any such concern, with photographs and, where applicable, the IGI certification report.

Modifications Before Production

Design changes may be requested within 3 hours of deposit, before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at design@estellarose.us.

Cancellation Policy

Within 3 hours of deposit (before production begins): deposit is refunded minus a 10% administrative fee
After 3 hours of deposit, or once production has begun: deposit is non-refundable
All modification and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to design@estellarose.us

IGI Certification

Every piece includes an IGI certification report for your diamonds, providing independent verification of quality. This certification is yours to keep and can be used for insurance or appraisal purposes.
