It starts with a conversation. Book a complimentary 20–30 minute call with our team. We'll discuss the occasion, your style preferences, and walk you through every design decision — piece type, diamond shape, carat weight, quality grade, metal, and size.

Step 02

Design

Based on your consultation, we present a tailored recommendation with exact specifications and pricing. You'll receive a digital mockup and IGI certification details for your diamond grade. Once you approve the design, we collect a 75% deposit to begin.

Step 03

Create

Our master craftsmen hand-select your IGI-certified diamonds and begin setting them in your chosen metal. Every stone is inspected for cut, clarity, and brilliance. Your piece is assembled and finished with meticulous attention to detail.

Step 04

Deliver

Your finished piece is photographed, securely packaged in our signature Estella Rose box, and shipped via insured overnight delivery with signature confirmation. The remaining balance is collected before shipment.
